Key Objectives
First Objective:
Fundraising for Operation Safe House
Currently raising $ 5.2 million to house and rehabilitate children and young women who are victims of Sex Trafficking here in the United States in a professionally staffed and secure "Safe House". Project Meridian Foundation also provides training programs for law-enforcement agents and assists in the pursuit and prosecution of the sponsors of Human Trafficking in the U.S. and worldwide.
STRATEGY & OBJECTIVES ARE VERY CLEAR - Bring Awareness to this crime against our children and young women.
The Prevention includes proper victim identification enhanced by public awareness and training of those who interact with the vulnerable population of minors and young women who are Sex Trafficking victims. The implementation of strong legislation that criminalizes traffickers / pimps and buyers (men and women).
While protecting victims, Prosecutions resulting in convictions with appropriate sentences are critical in making a difference. Minor’s and young women who are Sex Trafficked victims require Protection, including protective safe homes and tailored services that rescue and restore while removing the child or young woman from the control of the trafficker/pimp. Project Meridian Foundation efforts in these areas are producing visible results, but the war is still raging on.
Project Meridian Foundation has outlined state and federal policy legislation recommendations. Federal policy recommendations have been tailored specifically in response to federal legislation against sex trafficking in the United States. However, because human trafficking legislation varies from state to state, we are working with the many Attorney Generals to include state legislators offices on state policy recommendations to serve as a guide for state governments to follow when instituting effective sex trafficking of children and young women legislation.
We urge you to take action by contacting your Legislator, Congressman or Senator to emphasize the need for these policy changes to address the crime of sex trafficking of children and young women here in the United States of America.

The Summit brought International and bipartisan business leaders, law enforcement, policy-makers, diplomatic community and journalists who are committed to eradicating slavery worldwide. In the last 15 years, since the fall of Communism, the proliferation of globalization, and the explosion of the Internet, there has been a frightening increase in slavery globally.
There is an urgent need to get business leaders involved with a Churchillian Call to Action. This Summit was designed to change the course of history to reduce the number of victims enslaved in the 21st Century. It offered not only the basic understanding of human trafficking, but most importantly, offered "practical solutions" for Heads of State and business leaders, and put "slavery" in its proper context which is "unacceptable".
Our Founder Mr. Wilson was a Guest Speaker "Children in Slavery", on the relationship of Human Trafficking in the United States and the active connection between Gang and Organized crime that funds Terrorism.
Mr. Wilson was requested and spoke on a discussion panel for Students Stop Trafficking of Person organization (SSTOP) at Georgetown University on the subject of "Human Trafficking in the United States". This panel included other NGO's and Human Health Service contractors.
Rand Corporation’s Unclassified National Security Report
Mr. Wilson's efforts have become all the more relevant, given the recent conclusion reached in a unclassified National Security report commissioned by Mr. Frank Carlucci and Rand Corporation, which was completed by Ms.Rai Lay and established a direct link between illicit actives and Human Trafficking / Sex Trade and the financing of international terrorism.
Stay tuned with PMF for ongoing Achievements.
