Dr. Hart will serve as a board member for Project Meridian Foundation. Dr. Hart earned
his Bachelor's of Science and Master's of Science from Iowa State University.
He earned a doctorate in Behavioral Science from NOVA Southeastern University. Currently he serves
as an Adjunct Professor at Florida Atlantic University, Graduate and Undergraduate School of Education
and a Professor at Broward Community College. He was a faculty member and instructor at the
United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD. He was also a project manager for BAYTECH
developing educational programs for the United States Government and representative of the United
States State Department to Spain -establishing age group swimming programs while training coaches
and the National Women's Team for the Olympic Games.
Dr. Hart presented on the 1982 Nightly Business Report on Productivity as an expert in human
productivity along with Secretary of Labor, Ray Donovan, AFL/CIO Washington, D.C.
representative Ray Oswald, and the United States Ambassador to Japan, Mike Mansfield.
Dr. Hart also served with the Ft Lauderdale Navy League, Fraternal Order of Police,
Plantations Lodge 42, Institution of Navigation, American Swimming Coaches Association and
the Navel Academy Information Officer.
