James (Jamie) H. Cyriax
James (Jamie) H. Cyriax will serve as an board member for Project Meridian Foundation. James H. Cyriax currently is President CEO of the Omni Financial Group, Inc. in Richmond, Virginia. Jamie was educated at Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia, followed by graduate studies at the University of Maryland. His 38-year career has culminated by leading his firm to specialize in areas of wealth management, preservation, accumulation and transfer for families 60 to 104 years of age.

Jamie's passion for seniors is fueled by his being an only child and having had to walk the road of a care giver, eventually yielding to the total responsibility of his mother, 14 yrs. after the death of his father, now she was 89!

He has served as Chairman of the Board of CASA (Court appointed Special Advocate for abused and neglected children in Chesterfield County.) Also Chairman Emeritus of Essex Village Community Outreach, Chairman Emeritus, Midlothian Rotary Club "Magnificent Midlothian Food Festival". He was selected as "Rotarian of the Year" in 2004-2005. His service to Junior Achievement of Central Virginia culminates as a team member of 100 area executives that leads High School students in an annual program of "Empowered through Ethics"

He also has professionally qualified to be an elite member of “The National Ethics Bureau”, demonstrating the highest standards in the financial services community.
Currently he is part of a task force that is developing Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and Child Development Center in the “Roseland” sub division of Chesterfield County During his youth, Jamie acclaims that his Boy Scouting experience has laid a solid platform for his life as evidenced by its tenants being interwoven today in all facets of his life. He also attained the rank of Eagle Scout!
